What Final Fantasy means to me in the wake of E3 and it is possible playability..

I am indifferent. I do not care about Final Fantasy franchise anymore. It is not the same. Perhaps there is a sliver of hope with Final Fantasy 7 remake but once again Square Enix is taking the "milking" route by exploiting the its legacy and release the title installments.

That approach antagonized me, obliviously. I would have gladly paid a premium price, so as with any fan, to get the complete experience instead of the game been cut up into multiple discs at a probable full retail price so Square Enix can have its fun in milking its fan base.

The Square Enix is yesterday, which was known as Squaresoft, has died. The day where they made such classics as Chrono Trigger, Xenogears, and Secret of the Mana is no more.

Other than being technical showcases,  the Final Fantasy games of today lacks soul and intrigue. The games are shallow and unimaginative with gameplay combat changes that dumbs down the series and in some cases alienates it.

I may give Final Fantasy 7 remake a try once all of the discs becomes available but as far as Final Fantasy 15 goes, I will take a pass.
